If your desired item/s is available for pickup at our store, there will be a note indicating in store availability on the product page. Once the item is added to your shopping cart, and you proceed to checkout, you'll be able to select the 'Pick Up'
When viewing the product page, just click the section that says 'Check In-Store Availability'. If the item is available, it will indicate this information and provide the pick up location details. See the example below:.

The purchaser indicated on the billing details of the order is expected to pick up and will need to show proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email). However, if someone else will be picking up your order, please email the Soho store at s
After you submit your order pickup order, it is generally ready for pickup within 4 hours (during the store business hours). Once ready, you will receive an email notifying you your order is ready for pickup.

The store will hold your order for 7 days. If the order has not been picked up after 7 days, the order will be cancelled, the original payment will be refunded and the item will be returned to stock.
Once the order is placed for in store pickup, it can not be changed/amended to ship. You will have to cancel the order, and place a separate online order.
If your in-store pickup order is placed or received before or after store hours, you will be notified via email once it is ready for pickup (during normal store hours).
