How does it work?

If your desired item/s is available for pickup at our store, you can check in store availability on the product page. If in stock, the item is presumed to be available for pickup. Once the item is added to your shopping cart, and you proceed to check

Who can pick up my order?

The purchaser indicated on the billing details of the order is expected to pick up and will need to show proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email). However, if someone else will be picking up your order, please email the Soho store at s

When can I pick up my order?

After you submit your order pickup order, it is generally ready for pickup in 24 hours (during the store business hours). Once ready, you will receive an email notifying you your order is ready for pickup.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

How long will the store hold my order?

The store will hold your order for 5 days. If the order has not been picked up after 5 days, the order will be cancelled, the original payment will be refunded and the item will be returned to stock.

I ordered for in store pickup, can I change it to shipping?

Once the order is placed for in store pickup, it can not be changed/amended to ship. You will have to cancel the order, and place a separate online order.

What if I place my pick up order, when the store is closed?

If your in-store pickup order is placed or received before or after store hours, you will be notified via email once it is ready for pickup (during normal store hours).

What is the return policy for in store pickup orders?
