What items can I get personalized?
Currently, there are only 2 styles available for customization: our Metro Clutch and new Large Metro Clutch.
Can I change my message to be embroidered?
You can change the message on the product page prior to adding it to your cart.
Can I change the color of the text? You can change the color of the text on the product page prior to adding it to your cart.
Can I change the color of my personalized Metro Clutch?
You’ll have to remove the incorrect color/item from your cart and start over with the desired color.
Is there a character limit for the personalization text?
Yes, there is a character limit for the personalization text. The character limit differs across each font size. See below:. Metro Clutch:
Will there be quality control of my personalized item before I receive it?
Yes. Please note, we are unable to process requests containing profanities or inappropriate language.
Will I be able to see my design before submitting the order?
Yes, you will see a mockup of your design on the product page and the final design details will be shown (in text) in your shopping cart prior to checking out.
Can I cancel my personalized order?
Unfortunately, due to the personalization, we cannot cancel the order.
I ordered multiple items, including a personalized Metro Clutch. It’s going to arrive too late; can I cancel just this item?
No. We are unable to cancel the partial order.
Can I use my Rewards Points on a personalized Metro Clutch?
Yes. MZW Rewards Points can be redeemed on a personalized item.
I live outside of the US; can I purchase a personalized item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer personalized items to customers outside of the US.
Will my personalized clutch come with a dust bag?
You can select the dust bag option in your basket before checking out.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
You’ll have the option of selecting a dust bag option in your shopping cart, prior to checkout.
