How long will it take to receive my personalized item?
Each personalized item is machine-embroidered to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the embroidery and shipping.

I received tracking but the shipment has not been updated
Once the shipping notification has been sent, it can take up to 5 days for the tracking status to be updated.
What shipping provider will be used to deliver my custom item?
FedEx is our shipping provide for the personalized item.
Can I have my personalized item shipped via express shipping?
Express shipping is not available for orders with personalized items.
I ordered multiple items, including a personalized Metro Clutch. Will they all ship together?
Items will ship as they are available. If you purchased non-personalized items, they will ship first and separately from your personalized item.
Can I ship my order outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the personalized Metro Clutch to customers outside of the US.
I placed an order for a custom Metro Clutch. Can I change the shipping address?
No. Unfortunately, due to the personalization, address changes and any order amendments are not allowed.
Can I order this online and pick it up in store?
Buy online and pick-up in store is not available for personalized items.
