To keep your bag looking its best, a little routine care goes a long way. Here's how we recommend caring for our Oxford, Bedford, metallic, and lacquer pieces:
- Spot clean: For most spills and marks, wipe the affected area with a soft, damp cloth and a drop of mild soap.
- Rinse: Use a second clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Work in gentle circles, no scrubbing.
- Dry: Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid the dryer, radiators, and harsh cleaners.
Please avoid:
- Machine washing or tumble drying
- Bleach, solvents, or stain removers
- Steam ironing or direct heat
- Dry-cleaning the full bag
- Getting any leather trim wet
