To accommodate holiday gift-giving, qualifying returns will be accepted through January 20, 2027 for all orders placed between November 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.

• Unused items must be returned in original packaging (including any original accessories, such as straps, pouches and charms).
• The BjornQorn collaboration set, items purchased at a discount of 40% or more, and items purchased at MZW Sample Sales are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
• Purchases of a gift card are non-refundable.
• All personalized orders are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or revised.
• Online purchases can also be returned to our MZ Wallace retail stores, where no return shipping fee applies.
• Purchases made through authorized third-party retailers such as department stores or specialty boutiques can only be returned or exchanged to that store and may not be returned to mzwallace.com or MZ Wallace retail stores.
• Returns are credited to the original form of payment. If you used a gift card to pay for an order and then return it, the refund will be applied back to the original gift card. We don’t offer cash refunds for purchases made with gift cards.
• Your refund will be credited back to the original form(s) of payment within 7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
• Eligible gifts can be returned for store credit only. To start a gift return, visit our US gift return portal.
• US Returns: A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use one of our return labels.
• MZW Rewards members: Return shipping is complimentary.
• International Returns: A fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use one of our international return labels. Return fees differ by location and are approximately $15–$20 USD. Duty costs are included in our international return label.
