How does the MZW Rewards program work? Earning, Redemption, Points Availability, and ReturnsUpdated 3 days ago

Earning Points:

  • MZW Rewards members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases connected to their Rewards account.
  • Points are calculated based on the total spend of the order (and rounded down to nearest dollar).  For example, a $258.60 order would earn 258 points.
  • Purchases made in a currency other than USD will be converted to USD by MZ Wallace's FX provider for the purposes of calculating points earned. Points will be revalued using the same system at the time of redemption on purchases not made in USD.

Redeeming Points:

  • Every 10 points can be redeemed for $1 off a purchase.
  • Examples:
    • 250 points = $25 off
    • 600 points = $60 off
  • Quick Tips: To calculate the dollar value of your points, divide your point balance by 10. To calculate the points needed for a desired dollar discount, multiply the dollar amount by 10.

  • Go to Checkout: Add items to your cart and proceed to the regular checkout page on our website.
  • Redeem Points: If you have points, a box will appear showing your balance. Enter the number of points you want to use for this purchase.
  • Important: You cannot use points with express checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal Express. You must use the standard checkout.

Point Availability and Expiration:

  • Points are available for use 30 days after the qualifying purchase.
  • Once available, points expire 6 months after distribution, if not redeemed.

Returns and Point Reinstatement:

  • If you return an order for which points were redeemed on, the corresponding points will be reinstated to your account, provided the original redemption period hasn't expired (based on the original expiration).
  • If you return an order for which points were only earned, the corresponding points will be debited from your total Rewards points balance.
