Do my points expire?

Yes, Rewards Points expire 6 months after they are issued. For example, if your points were issued January 3rd, 2024 they would be available to redeem until July 3rd 2024. So the expiration date would be July 3rd 2024.

What happens to my MZW Rewards points if I return merchandise?

If you return merchandise, points accumulated from that purchase will be deducted from your total Rewards point balance.

Will my MZW Rewards Points be refunded back to me if I return an order, that they were redeemed on?

If you return merchandise that your Rewards Points were redeemed on, your points will be reinstated to your account, only if the return is made and processed prior to the end of the corresponding Redemption period. We are unable refund Rewards dollar

Rewards points and discounts cannot be redeemed for collaboration or charitable products. However, you will accumulate Rewards points from the purchase of collaboration and charitable products.

How is my tier status determined?
