What happens to my MZW Rewards points if I return merchandise?

If you return merchandise, points accumulated from that purchase will be deducted from your total Rewards point balance.

Will my MZW Rewards Points be refunded back to me if I return an order, that they were redeemed on?

If you return merchandise that your Rewards Points were redeemed on, your points will be reinstated to your account, only if the return is made and processed prior to the end of the corresponding Redemption period. We are unable refund Rewards dollar

How is my tier status determined?
