Ordering a custom embroidered itemUpdated an hour ago
- US only: Custom embroidered items are available to customers in the US only.
- Changes and cancellations: Because each item is made to order, custom embroidered orders can't be cancelled or changed once placed, including the shipping address. If your order includes other items, we're also unable to cancel just the embroidered item.
- MZW Rewards Points: Points can be redeemed on custom embroidered items. Points can't be applied through express checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal Express), so log in to your MZW account and use standard checkout.
- Dust bag: Your custom embroidered item ships and arrives in a dust bag.
- Gift wrap: Gift wrap is not available for custom embroidered items.
- In-store pickup: Buy online, pick up in store is not available for custom embroidered items.
