If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused merchandise in the original condition (including any original accessories, such as, straps, pouches and charms) within 21 days of the original delivery date. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, including gift cards and first time purchaser coupons up to 7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Online purchases can also be returned to our MZ Wallace retail stores.

Purchases made through authorized third party retailers such as department stores or specialty boutiques can only be returned or exchanged to that store and may not be returned to mzwallace.com or MZ Wallace retail stores.

Eligible gifts can be returned for store credit only.

Products sold at a discount of 40% or greater are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

US Returns: A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for use of the label. Alternatively, you may use a shipping carrier of your choice and mail the return to the address indicated on your Return Authorization form.

MZW Rewards members: Return shipping is complimentary. (Available in the US only)

International Returns: A fee will be deducted from your return if you choose to use one of our international return label. Return fees differ by location and are approximately $15 - $20 USD. Duty costs are included in our international return label.
